My wife had a kitten that had gotten stuck in her engine compartment and would hide anytime you got close to it. We took it to Miller Brothers for help since they had a lift. The owner and his staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful as they spent almost 1 & 1/2 hours chasing this kitten around the engine compartment. The kitten was safely removed and when it came time to pay, the owner would not accept any payment as he just was happy to help.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required. Here at Miller Brothers Auto Repair, we work hard to accommodate our customer’s needs. However, it may be a good idea to give us a call just to ensure that your wait time is not long. Call us and we can give you an idea of how quickly we will be able to get to your vehicle.
I’m not sure what’s wrong with my vehicle. Do you charge to diagnose the problem?
No. Miller Brothers Auto Repair does not charge for diagnostics. We will be happy to assess your vehicles issues and let you know what is wrong. Then we will provide an upfront quote for the cost of repairs. No one likes surprises. We will never repair your vehicle without informing you upfront of the cost and getting your permission to move forward.
Do you offer a guarantee for your services?
All services performed by Miller Brothers Auto Repair come with a warrantee on parts and labor.
How many years have you been in business?
Miller Brothers Transmission, Auto Repair and Body Shop has been serving the Corryton, Knoxville, and surrounding areas since 1978. For more than 44 years, our commitment to the community has been to provide honest, dependable, and affordable car repair with a focus on quality and service.
Do you work on weekends and evenings?
We are open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are currently closed on the weekends and most major holidays.
I’ve been in an automobile accident, what do I do now?
After an accident, you should immediately contact your insurance company or the company of the party at fault. A quick phone call can report the claim. You will be provided with a claim number. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating and confusing. Let Miller Brothers Auto Repair handle the rest of the details for you.
Call us with the claim number and we can quickly coordinate with the insurance company to begin repairs. No hassle for you, let us deal with insurance and get your vehicle repaired and back to you quickly. We can work with ALL insurance companies to deal with your claim and ensure that all damages are repaired and paid for by insurance.
If my car is damaged in an accident, do I have to use the repair shop that my insurance company recommends?
Many insurance companies have “preferred” repair shops that they may try to send you to. It is illegal for an insurance company to require or even steer you toward a specific repair shop.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. You DO NOT have to use their shop. The repairs can be completed at the shop of YOUR CHOICE and insurance is required to pay for the repair no matter what shop you choose. Miller Brothers works with ALL insurance companies and can complete your repair as well as coordinate for payment from insurance.
Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes. We have a drop box for keys and paperwork you can leave for us. We will contact you on the next business day to discuss your auto repair issues. We also have a partnership with a local tow company who has keys and access to our lots. If you need a tow, call HotRods Towing at 865-689-1029.
